Your Enrollment Request Is In

An instructor is reviewing it now and will call you to confirm your start date, your schedule and the exact cost of your program. Nothing is charged until you and the school have both signed off on the plan.

What happens next

What Happens From Here

Four steps, and the first one is ours, not yours.

  1. An Instructor Reads Your Request

Not an automated queue. Someone who actually teaches here looks at which program you asked about, what you said about your goals and how much time you have, and works out whether that is the right fit before calling you.

  2. We Call You, Usually Within One Business Day

The call takes about fifteen minutes. We confirm the program, walk through the full cost line by line, and answer whatever you did not get to ask on the website. If we think a different program suits you better, we will say so — including if that one is cheaper.

  3. We Agree A Start Date And A Weekly Rhythm

How often you can realistically fly matters more than anything else for how long training takes. We build the schedule around your actual week rather than an ideal one, and we put it in writing.

  4. You Enroll, And Only Then Does Anything Get Paid

Payment happens after the plan is agreed, not before. If you need financing we will walk you through the options, including in-house payment plans and Stratus Financial.

The detail

What The Call Will Cover

Have these to hand and the fifteen minutes will do more work.

Your program, confirmed or corrected. We would rather move you to the right course now than have you halfway through the wrong one.

The real number. Itemised — aircraft, instructor, ground school, simulator, checkride and the extras that catch people out. No estimate that quietly grows.

Your schedule. How many days a week you can fly, which days, and what that means for your finish date.

Medical and eligibility. What you need in place, and at which point in training you need it. Bring any worry you have here.

How you want to pay. Up front, in stages, or financed. All three are normal and none of them changes the price.

Nothing Is Locked In Yet

Requesting enrollment is not a contract and it is not a deposit. No card has been charged and no card is being held.

If the call goes well and the plan makes sense, you enroll. If it does not, you say so and that is genuinely the end of it — nobody chases you, and there is no follow-up sequence.

If you have changed your mind before we even call, just reply to the confirmation email or text us. No explanation needed.

Worth Doing Before Your Call

If you have not flown with us yet, a discovery flight is the fastest way to know whether the program you asked about is the one you actually want. Sixty minutes, you fly it yourself with an FAA-certified instructor, and the cost is credited toward your training when you enroll.
